To maintain the integrity, quality, and hygiene of each item we deliver, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges – Ensuring Product Integrity

Our crystals are one-of-a-kind and handled with care. To ensure that every customer receives a product that has not been previously handled or altered, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a crystal is delivered.

🟣 Each crystal is unique in its appearance and purpose. We encourage thoughtful selection before purchasing.
🟣 Our team is available to assist you in choosing the right piece by offering detailed information and real-time images or videos.

2. Pre-Purchase Support – We're Here to Help

We understand the importance of feeling confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer full support before your order is placed:

✔ Chat with Us – Use the WhatsApp button on our website to get answers to your questions.
✔ Request Photos/Videos – Ask for real-time images or videos of the exact crystal before placing your order.
✔ Confirm Specifications – Check size, shape, and design before finalizing your selection.

📌 Customer Support Timing: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and festivals).

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we pack each order with care, if you receive:

✅ A product that is different from what you ordered
✅ An item that is damaged in transit

Please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

3️⃣ Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability

4. No Returns for Personal Preference

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike of size, shape, or color

  • Natural variations in the product

💎 Crystals are natural items—each piece is unique. Slight variations are expected and are part of their charm.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, your order moves into processing and cannot be canceled.
