At Meeranshu, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at meeranshuagate@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
